Theraband橡筋帶是物理治療師及體適能導師常用的康復及健體訓練用品，用作處方阻力訓練。橡筋帶是近年十分流行及普及的輕巧阻力訓練工具。橡筋帶可鍛鍊身體不同部位 (包括腹、背、上肢及下肢的肌肉)的肌肉力量,並可以增強身體控制、改善平衡力及四肢的協調性。

本會現有售紅、綠、藍、黑、銀 五色的Theraband橡筋帶，全部採用獨立包裝，內附運動示範單張一份。每種顏色有不同的阻力：紅色阻力屬於中弱，適合病後復健人士、一般女士、長者及兒童使用。綠色阻力屬於中等，適合一般男士。藍色阻力屬於中強，適合體格強健的男士及一般運動員使用。

Theraband is a kind of rehabilitative and fitness tool which is commonly used by physiotherapists and fitness professionals for prescribing muscle-strengthening exercises. Elastic band is well recognized and easy for use. Elastic band can increase muscular fitness of various body parts, including back, abdomen, upper limbs and lower limbs, facilitate muscle control,  improve balance and coordination of limbs.

PFA now possesses RED, GREEN , BLUE, BLACK and SILVER  Therabands for sale. They are packed separately together with an exercise leaflet. Each colour stands for a particular level of resistance: RED represents moderately weak resistance and is suitable for people in need of rehabilitation, ordinary women, the elderly and children. GREEN refers to moderate resistance and is suitable for ordinary men. BLUE represents fairly strong resistance and suitable for men and althletes with better fitness.
