The Physical Fitness Association of Hong Kong, China (PFA) is a voluntary and non-profit making organization. We are committed to education and promotion of health, physical fitness and wellness and composed of over 2,000 members who are actively involved in professional services and community programmes relating to health and fitness. We are seeking suitable candidates to join our team:

Administrative Assistant

Reporting to Executive Director or his/her representatives, the appointee will (i) handle enquiries from hotline and reception counter, (ii) cope with programme logistics, (iii) manage member registration and database, (iv) prepare promotional materials, (v) assist in digital marketing and social media and (vi) perform any job duties assigned by senior staff. 

Qualifications and Required Attributes:

• Higher diploma, associate or bachelor’s degree in business and management, marketing, human resource or related fields with one-year working experience in relevant position.

   

Candidates are expected to have the following competences:

• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English; Fluency in Putonghua

• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset; Strong commitment and dedication to the assigned duties

• Good knowledge and ability in website and database management

• Excellent proficiency in computer skills, e.g. Words, Excel and PowerPoint

• Knowledge of video-editing and graphic design software would be advantage

• Willingness to work outdoors and with flexible hours
