Assistant Fitness Manager

Key Responsibilities

Plan, develop and enhance different fitness services and group exercise programs
Design, co-ordinate and implement the training for fitness staff with regard to the delivery of fitness services and group exercise programs
Provide coaching and mentoring support to nurture the all-round development of fitness staff
Monitor and enhance the quality of fitness service delivery as well as the performance of the fitness staff
Work closely with the Project Manager on service operation, promotion and marketing

Requirements

Degree holder, preferably in Physical Education or Sports related disciplines
Holding internationally recognized fitness qualifications, possessing First-Aid or CPR certificate an advantage
Minimum 4 years experience in leading group exercise programs in local fitness industry, with staff training and coaching experience an asset
Proficiency in computer skills
Strong leadership with dynamic, self-initiated, and multitasking
Good interpersonal and communication skills, enjoy working with team players
